At Safe Travels Transportation, we understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our customers. All cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transportation booking in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking, we unfortunately cannot offer a 100% refund. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and offer a partial refund whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you in the future
